The Double cone blender consists of :
- Vertical cylindrical chamber with two cones fitted with internal paddles for mixing ,the chamber rotates on horizontal axis.
- the chamber is equipped with a supervision manhole cover .
- Discharge port Equipped with a manual operated butterfly valve.
- Sensor systems to control both startup & stop operations.
- Sensor systems to control of blender stopping in desired place.
- Guard rail with safety sensor to prevent approaching during work of blender.
- PLC & HMI Control panel to control all operation functions of Double cone -blender.
