- Mixing vessel is made of two hollow cylindrical shells joined at V-shaped angle where it rotates on horizontal shaft and V-vessel characterized by smooth edges for easy of cleaning.
- Each cone Equipped with a manhole cover.
- Discharge port Equipped with a manual operated butterfly valve.
- Sensor systems to control blender stopping at the desired place & both startup & stop operations.
- Guard rail with safety sensor to prevent approaching during work of blender.
- PLC & HMI Control panel to control all operation functions of V- blender.
